Job Summary
Conduct outpatient clinical recovery-focused services for adults with mental illness and substance abuse problems in a community setting. Complete screenings, assessments, and treatment plans while carrying out individual client care. Deliver psychotherapy, individual skills training, crisis interventions, and assistance with accessing entitlements. Utilize Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) and collaborate with community partners and stakeholders. Submit timely documentation using the Electronic Health Record system. Work independently under general supervision with access to agency vehicles for client transport. Schedule includes 4-tens or 5-eights hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral science
- an understanding of co-occurring disorders
- related experience
- QMHP on the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry
- eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBO
- registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon
- licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or clinical Psychologist
- ability to use e-mail
- ability to compose documents
- ability to save and locate documents electronically
- ability to learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications
- ability to pass state-required background and DMV checks
- valid OR driver's license
- satisfactory driving record
- ability to work independently and flexibly
- ability to work under general supervision
- ability to conduct business in Spanish
- certification of a language proficiency test approved by the Oregon Health Authority that meets a proficiency level of High Intermediate
