Provide assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model, conducting clinical and risk assessments while collaborating to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans. Demonstrate competency in age-related issues and developmental needs for clients aged 13-18 with trauma, loss, and serious emotional or behavioral problems. Work with individuals to develop discharge plans utilizing natural support, maintain collaborative relationships with families and providers, and provide crisis assessment and intervention. Maintain client and staff records, participate in weekly supervision and meetings, and transport clients using agency or personal vehicles. Prioritize safety and physical presence as a full member of the milieu in residential settings.
