Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with mental health and substance use needs in outpatient settings, including intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and development of individualized treatment plans. Deliver crisis interventions, trauma- and co-occurring therapy, and facilitate education and group sessions while documenting services per regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in clinical staffing, provide guidance on evidence-based practices, and engage in community outreach. Telehealth delivery is supported; opportunities for training and career mobility are offered within Brightli’s network. Must have a Master’s degree and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed and to participate in telehealth services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required
- Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients (training provided)
