Job Summary
Licensed social workers (LSW/LISW) join as Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Managers in Indianapolis, providing individual and group psychotherapy, coordinating collaborative care with psychiatrists and primary care, and delivering care to residents with chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, depression, and neurocognitive disorders. Role includes developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, maintaining detailed EMR documentation, and participating in a multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling options for part-time and full-time; supervision provided to support LSWs in obtaining independent licensure; opportunity for ongoing education and professional development. Licensure in Indiana required; Master’s in Social Work preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Current LSW or LISW licensure in Indiana
- LISW licensure in Indiana or LSW licensure in Indiana
- Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred but not required
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Indiana
- Experience with chronic severe mental illness and major neurocognitive disorders
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
