Therapist

Therapist role on Banyan Treatment Centers' clinical team at an IOP level of care. Conduct comprehensive assessments (ASAM, biopsychosocial), develop collaborative, measurable treatment plans, document and maintain clinical records, and provide individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain communication with referral sources and family members, coordinate post-discharge plans, apply clinical judgment in crisis situations (risk assessments, de-escalation, suicide risk evaluations), and adapt approaches for diverse patient needs. Opportunity for supervision toward clinical licensure in Florida, with STAR Loan Repayment Program eligibility. On-site in Pompano, FL, with a full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
