Job Summary
Therapist at Banyan Treatment Centers joining a clinical team to conduct comprehensive assessments (ASAM forms, biopsychosocial), develop collaborative treatment plans, document clinical records, maintain communications with referrals and family, lead individual and group sessions, coordinate post-discharge resources, and apply clinical judgment in crisis situations. Requires Associate’s degree or higher and full Texas licensure (LCDC or higher); preferred LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure. On-site position in Waelder, TX; full-time schedule Tue-Sat 8:00-4:30. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Fully licensed LCDC or higher in Texas
- Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
- Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations
- Active LPC-A, LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LMSW or LMFT in Texas (preferred)
