Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy services within behavioral health and substance use programs. Manage assigned caseloads while collaborating with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure ethical, evidence-based care. Perform crisis interventions, maintain family engagement, and coordinate continuity of care through discharge planning and external provider communication. Complete all required clinical documentation, including ASAM criteria and biopsychosocial evaluations, within established timeframes. Operate Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, reporting to the Clinical Director in Gilman, IL. Join a nationally recognized, Joint Commission-accredited organization dedicated to recovery-focused clinical services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related human services field that qualifies the individual to pursue professional clinical licensure
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing therapy in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings
- Active clinical license in the applicable state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in residential, inpatient, or detoxification levels of care
- Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and clinical documentation requirements
- Experience with Kipu EMR system
