Job Summary
Provide outpatient therapy to adults and families while conducting team evaluations, treatment planning, and case staffing. Communicate with other agencies and maintain complete clinical records and required paperwork for all clients. Perform emergency services during and after normal work hours, with a schedule requiring 24 billable hours per week. Some travel is required, and all positions must pass background and motor vehicle record checks. Licensed therapists earn $72,508.80 annually plus DOE, while unlicensed candidates earn $65,000 plus DOE. This role supports the organization's recovery-based approach to mental health and addiction services across 13 Montana counties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a college or university with a master's degree in social work or counseling
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Recovery philosophies
- If unlicensed must be credentialed with MT Board of Behavioral Health as a Social Worker Licensure Candidate, Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate
- Must have current MT Driver's License
- Must have personal vehicle
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Must be able to perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours
- Requires 24 billable hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT preferred in Montana
