Job Summary
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy for clients facing behavioral health and substance use disorders across office, community, and telehealth settings. Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions while maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources to support recovery, participate in regular care conferences, and attend required supervision. Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with current licensure.
Required Qualifications
- LCMHC, LICSW (or candidate)
- A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered
- All applicants must submit to and pass a background check prior to hire
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in behavioral health and SUD counseling
