Job Summary
Provide clinically appropriate outpatient, individual counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy with individuals, family therapy, and group therapy through a variety of therapy modalities and evidence-based practices. Perform intake assessments to identify client history and treatment needs, develop person-centered treatment plans, monitor and document progress toward goals, and adjust plans as status changes. Offer crisis intervention and lethality risk assessments as needed, coordinate services as required by treatment plans, apply a trauma-informed approach, and ensure complete documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. Maintain ongoing professional development and adherence to policy, quality initiatives, and ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- State licensure: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLMFT, LMFT, TLLP, OR LLP
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft office products
- Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHRs)
- Understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment
- Ability to write clear, concise reports and the ability to formulate and implement an effective treatment plan
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
- Ability to apply methods for measuring treatment outcomes and report on outcome data
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously
- HIPAA standards and regulatory compliance
