Job Summary
As an Addictions Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients at varying levels of care within a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing person-centered recovery plans, educating clients and families, and advocating for individuals to support their recovery. You will document care thoroughly, adhere to federal guidelines for a drug-free workplace, and participate in team meetings and individual supervisions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
- Licensed by the State of New Jersey as a LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW
- One year experience working with the behavioral health population
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Dual license with LCADC
Additional Requirements
- All candidates must cooperate with inspections and investigations by Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services
