Job Summary
Provides clinical services to consumers within their identified program by providing individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, supportive counseling, and other clinical services identified as medically necessary. Responsibilities include delivering therapy using evidence-based modalities, conducting comprehensive assessments to determine service needs, developing and documenting treatment plans, ensuring quality customer service and accurate documentation, maintaining productivity standards, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality, participating in crisis intervention as needed, staying up-to-date with center policies, and utilizing approved materials and curricula while coordinating with regulatory standards (CARF, Medicaid). The role requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in behavioral health and/or substance abuse preferred
- Discipline appropriate license preferred
