Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnoses for children, adults, and families with mental health or substance use issues in outpatient and residential settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while delivering individual, family, couples, and group counseling services aligned with those plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Requires a Master's degree and current Indiana non-probationary license (LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCAC-A), valid driver's license, and adherence to state/federal regulations. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study
- Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy
- Reliable transportation
