Therapist ($10,000 hiring bonus)

CALM seeks a Therapist to join our Santa Barbara County-based team, providing psychotherapeutic treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination for children up to age 21 and their families, on-site or in the field. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing case conceptualizations and treatment plans, delivering developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed interventions (including Child-Parent Psychotherapy CPP), administering periodic progress assessments, providing psychoeducation and parenting support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position supports ongoing trainings and supervision, pursuit of modality certifications, and requires active clinical licensure/registration with the California licensing boards (BBS/BOP) or eligibility, frequent travel to designated locations, reliable transportation, and a valid CA driver’s license.
