Job Summary
As a Therapeutic Training & Support Provider, you will coordinate and supervise the Gándara Outpatient Recovery Coach Program, acting as a liaison with referral providers. You will be responsible for supporting the youth and families in achieving treatment goals, implementing risk management and safety plans, providing crisis support, and collaborating with various professionals involved with the family. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and have at least one year of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills, alongside a sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess an MCE-approved Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in behavioral health or human services field
- Ability to collaborate with community resources
