Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams in proposal development and award for internal medicine engagements, translating scientific and market complexity into actionable plans. Champion CORE-powered solutions and innovative responses to secure new projects, analyze competitive landscapes, and design optimal country and site distributions. Act as a strategic resource for delivery teams during bid defense meetings and post-award strategy adjustments, ensuring project margins and client satisfaction. Requires 10+ years in clinical research with extensive internal medicine expertise. Base pay range $122,800 - $342,200 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences
- Advanced degree
- Extensive knowledge of Internal Medicine diseases
- 10 years and above global clinical research experience
- Hands on Phase I operational delivery experience
- Drug development experience
- Extensive experience with Clinical Operations
- Clinical Project Management experience
- Experience in internal medicine
- Rheumatology experience
- Dermatology experience
- Gastroenterology experience
- Immunology experience
