Job Summary
Drive sustained demand for Arcutis dermatology products by expanding utilization through high-impact in-person and virtual engagements with targeted specialty physician offices. Develop and execute a strategic geography business plan to optimize coverage and achieve national sales objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies. Deliver exceptional customer experiences via comprehensive account management, including marketing support, reimbursement navigation, and accurate medical inquiry responses. Represent the company in a professional, compliant manner within a fast-paced startup environment focused on patient care. Valid driver's license required with some overnight travel; salary commensurate with experience and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary (some overnight travel may be required)
Desired Qualifications
- Dermatology and startup experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success supporting product launches and driving sustained growth of established brands and indications strongly preferred
