Job Summary
Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with individualized plans of care, facilitating group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents' psychosocial needs. Maintain activity calendars, adjust schedules based on census changes, and assist with transporting residents during in-facility and off-site events while helping volunteers contribute to meaningful programming. Document participation and progress, contribute to care coordination, and ensure adherence to HIPAA, infection control standards, safety protocols, and QAPI requirements. This part-time PM role supports the Therapeutic Recreation Director at Monarch Healthcare Management, a mission-driven company transforming care delivery across 60+ Minnesota facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for Senior Care: Demonstrates a genuine desire to work with seniors, including those with illnesses and disabilities, while advocating for their well-being.
- Strong ability to connect with residents, families, and staff through empathy, compassion, and active listening.
- Skilled in multitasking, adapting to change, working in diverse and fast-paced environments, and communicating clearly in English.
