Job Summary
The Therapeutic Recovery Coach position involves providing behavioral health support and developing recovery plans for clients. This part-time role requires at least a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience in direct client support, and the ability to manage crises effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- One year or more of direct client experience in behavioral health or related fields
- Experience providing direct care support to children and adolescents
- Ability to manage client crises
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and behavioral health treatments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as a recovery coach, mental health clinician or therapeutic companion
- Experience working with high-net worth families
- Professional licensure (i.e. LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)
- Demonstrated engagement in community service initiatives, particularly those focused on underserved communities
- An understanding of social responsibility and how to contribute positively to the well-being of others
