Job Summary
This role involves working closely with youth and families facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges, providing community-based services such as skill coaching, job coaching, and crisis management. The Therapeutic Mentor will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and external agencies to support youth in thriving within their communities. A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred, and candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Flexible schedules are required, including afternoons, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred, or an Associate’s degree is acceptable
- Minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Background and driving record checks will be performed
