Job Summary
Therapeutic Mentor works with youth and families in Georgia CAT program, providing crisis follow-up within 24 hours, one-on-one sessions addressing daily living, social skills, and communication; contributes to assessments and treatment/care plans; documents according to Benchmark policies and regulations; assists with safety plans, crisis debriefing, and resource identification for transition to long-term recovery; participates in scheduled trainings and team meetings; remote work available; requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with youth up to age 21 years old with mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance-related disorders who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis
- Valid driver’s license.
