Job Summary
Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs based on student needs and placing agency requirements. Provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring programs meet therapeutic goals. Supervise group living staff to ensure proper support, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations. Contribute to the program's ongoing development within a healing environment for at-risk males in Southeast Florida.
Required Qualifications
- MA, MS or MSW
- Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Prior Case Management experience
- Three years' experience with juveniles
- Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles
- 5 days a week
- 2 days off
Desired Qualifications
- CAC II or CAC III
