Job Summary
Therapeutic Community Support Professional provides in-home and community-based therapeutic family support, behavioral health interventions, and mentoring under the Program Manager.Responsibilities include establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and families; conducting psycho-social needs assessments; participating in treatment planning; delivering developmental psychology/behavioral health interventions; maintaining documentation of client progress for clinical supervision; identifying resources during crises; and collaborating with leadership and program teams. Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Education options include a bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant coursework and/or experience, or completion of Core Competency Training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree that includes at least one 3-hour developmental psychology or behavioral health intervention course and one year of direct care experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree and at least one year of work experience that includes 60 hours of documented workplace training in developmental psychology or behavioral health interventions
- Completion of Core Competency Training
- Valid Driver's license and ability to provide safe and reliable transportation
