Job Summary
Therapeutic Community Counselor to join our residential program in Brookline, MA. You will work with neurodiverse students on the overnight awake shift and in the early mornings/evenings, providing supervision during activities of daily living, implementing CPI, PBIS, and ARC trauma-informed care frameworks, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include individual support, crisis intervention as needed, documentation of student progress and incident reports, and collaboration with the residential treatment team to help students develop skills for transition to adulthood.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- CPI, CPR and First Aid certification (training offered upon hire)
