Job Summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Support Specialist provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients under a licensed clinician, develops individualized service plans and treatment coordination, and delivers crisis-prevention and intervention services to individuals or groups. The role emphasizes building positive relationships with outside contacts, care coordination of healthcare/behavioral health services, and support in daily life skills. Requires 18+ with a related degree or substantial field experience, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel; offers comprehensive training, full-time benefits, PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and productivity incentives. Experience in mental/behavioral health, ability to consult with licensed clinicians, and development of treatment plans are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
