Job Summary
Provide one-on-one therapeutic and behavioral support services to students throughout the school day, assisting them with emotional regulation, coping skills, and social skill building. Help students overcome barriers impacting academic success while collaborating with therapists, educators, and families. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress. This role offers flexible scheduling and school-based hours for work-life balance. Located in the Marion community, RFS Behavioral Health partners with schools to support students facing anxiety, trauma, and family stressors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Relevant experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, education, social services, mentoring, coaching, or youth programs
