Job Summary
Conduct sales of innovative cardiological products to clinics and practices within the Berlin, Brandenburg, and Pasewalk region. Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders and network account dynamics to analyze patient journeys from initial symptoms through diagnosis and therapy initiation. Advise physicians on scientifically grounded terms while mastering modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, access, and marketing colleagues to create specific regional plans and implement coordinated measures. Build new customer contacts and deepen existing business relationships using modern communication technologies and analysis tools. Execute virtual events and leverage omnichannel channels to reach target audiences, applying agile methodologies to achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- Vertriebserfahrung in der Kardiologie
- wissenschaftlich als auch verkäuferisch überzeugend argumentieren
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Nutzung der Analyse-Tools des Vertriebs
- Erfahrung in agilen Teams oder Begeisterung dafür
- Erfahrung darin, virtuelle Veranstaltungen durchzuführen und Omnichannel-Kanäle zu nutzen
- Arbeiten als Pharmaberater:in gemäß § 75 AMG
- naturwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder Geprüfte:r Pharmareferent:in
- 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
- physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed
