Job Summary
Set and guide the Therapeutic Area brand strategy for Alzheimer's Disease launches, translating vision into customer-specific plans while leading market and competitor analysis. Collaborate with Customer Marketers to define the customer journey, segment behaviors, and prioritize business opportunities aligned with Health Equity goals. Execute compliant, high-quality brand initiatives across all customer types, manage pre-launch activities like competitive assessments and TPP development, and drive ongoing TA forecasting. Work autonomously to align internal networks and field teams with the product value proposition, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous optimization based on data-driven measurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of marketing experience or one year of marketing experience and an MBA
- 5 years minimum work experience
- 3 years of commercial experience (e.g., market access, marketing, sales or customer insights) and/or strategic consulting experience
- Direct experiences with interpreting and applying market, customer, product or competitor data and utilizing data effectively
- Experience measuring success using metrics and applying data to nuance future actions
- Successful track record of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent
- Location This position is based in South San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid schedule working 3 days per week on campus

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred
- Marketing experience in relevant industries
- Experience in the managed care, Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry/pharmaceutical or biotech customer engagement
- Familiarity leading cross-functional governance meetings to ensure organizational alignment and support product demand forecasts
- Marketing and commercial experience within Alzheimer's Disease, including experience working directly with Neurologists
