Job Summary
Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) leading end-to-end account strategy in the Minnesota/North Dakota ecosystem. Drive on-label clinical demand and develop ecosystem/therapeutic-area strategies at the point of care, delivering education on Genentech products and reimbursement resources. Serve as the primary field contact for customers, addressing clinical and non-clinical needs, coordinating access solutions (including formulary and payer discussions), and triaging expert support. This field-based role requires strong collaboration across academia, delivery networks, and therapeutic accounts, with significant driving and travel expectations. Preferred candidates reside in Minnesota; overnight travel may be required to support territory objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 6+ years of experience in sales role with healthcare professionals
- experience engaging with payers, health systems, and ecosystem players
- cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences (pharma/biotech) preferred
- ability to coach, train, and mentor peers
