Job Summary
Field-based Therapeutic Account Manager in BC responsible for implementing brand strategy and ICP, achieving KPI-driven sales targets, managing key accounts, and orchestrating customer engagements across face-to-face and omni-channel interactions (CME/OLA, PSP programs). Drives hospital/customer value, collaborates with cross-functional teams (MSLs, Marketing, HCAMs), develops external experts and advocates, and monitors budgets; requires 5+ years GP/SP experience, strong product/therapeutic knowledge, and ability to travel within the region. Proficiency in coordinating customer journeys, budget stewardship, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
