Job Summary
Theatre Practitioner role at Circle Health Group's Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, UK. Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a flexible shift pattern. Responsibilities include assisting the surgical team by preparing instruments, maintaining sterility, anticipating surgeon needs, supporting the anaesthetist with equipment preparation, patient monitoring, airway management and positioning, providing post-operative care (vital signs, pain and nausea management, discharge readiness), adhering to infection prevention policies, setting up operating theatres, checking and reporting equipment faults, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient surgical lists. Requires registration as a Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC) and experience in a theatre environment with scrub/anaesthetics/recovery exposure; strong communication and safety-focused skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Experience or training in a theatre environment specialising in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery
- Understanding of infection control
