Job Summary
Conduct theatre nursing duties in a prestigious Dublin hospital, including roles in anaesthesia, scrub/instrumentation, circulation, or PACU/recovery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operating theatre procedures and practices while demonstrating strong written and spoken English. Possess at least one year of post-qualification experience in relevant theatre specialties, with particular welcome for ENT and/or ophthalmic theatre exposure. Hold a recognised nursing qualification and NMBI registration, eligible to work in Ireland/EU. Complete required IT tasks using MS Windows/Office. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Qualification from recognised Hospital or University
- Registration with NMBI (Or registration process at a very advanced stage)
- Eligible to work in the Ireland/EU at time of application
- At least one years post qualification experience of working as an Anaesthetic, Scrub/Instrumentation, Circulation or PACU/Recovery nurse
- Very strong written and spoken English
- Up-to-date knowledge of Operating Theatre Procedures and Practices
- IT - Competency in MS Windows/Office
Desired Qualifications
- Post qualification course in Theatre Nursing and /or specialised course in Anaesthetic, Scrub/Instrumentation, Circulation or PACU/Recovery Nursing
- Experience in ENT and/or Ophthalmic Theatre
