Job Summary
Oversee Front of House operations by assisting patrons with ticketing, security, and maintenance issues while ensuring facility cleanliness before, during, and after events. Prior to events, verify safety requirements, address last-minute changes, and manage staffing adjustments. Act as a liaison between the venue and security during emergencies, assist Event Services Managers with crowd control, and submit repair requests or obtain vendor quotes. Manage tour merchandise settlements, enter data into event management software, and complete post-event reports. Advance shows by scripting, securing permits, and confirming merchandise agreements. Submit service requests, obtain vendor quotes, and complete special projects as assigned. Work weekends, holidays, and evenings in a part-time, on-call capacity of up to 20 hours per week.

- Schedule flexibility and the ability to work nights and weekends
- Routinely working weekends, holidays and frequent evenings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in front of the house operations in a stadium, arena, concert venues, or public assembly facility setting preferred
- Knowledge of current crowd management and security practices desired
- Ability to demonstrate excellent diplomacy and work collaboratively with artists, agents, other departments and constituents
- Ability to lead and direct others effectively
- Superior communication and follow-up skills, and be a dedicated team player
- Knowledge of computer software including Windows, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
