Job Summary
Manage escrow files for 5–100 monthly closings, leveraging existing relationships with REALTORS, lenders, builders, and investors to drive production. Operate with flexibility to work remotely or travel, supported by a dedicated order opener, escrow assistant, and headquarters handling funding, disbursement, compliance, and policy production. Bring your own team if established, while we provide marketing and business development support to grow your book. This commission-based model offers unlimited earning potential without salary caps, designed for experienced producers seeking control over their schedule and business growth within People's Title's established systems.
Required Qualifications
- Escrow officers currently closing 5–100 files per month
- Professionals with established REALTOR®, lender, builder, or investor relationships
- Self-motivated individuals
- Team players who value exceptional customer service and communication
