Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for campus-level ownership of outcomes and operational/financial results, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as the senior leader for The Village at Rockville in partnership with NLCS. Oversees mission-driven leadership, staff development, and resident experience within a structured, system-supported environment; hires, supervises, and evaluates department directors; facilitates teamwork across campus leaders; conducts formal performance evaluations; promotes staff participation in operational decision-making; drives succession planning and professional growth; ensures financial sustainability and alignment with NLCS’s Purposeful Living philosophy.
