Job Summary
Collaborate with franchisees to develop quarterly and annual business plans covering sales, marketing, and financial goals. Conduct regular store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures. Provide training, coaching, and communication to enhance customer experience and drive growth. Assist with franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, new buildouts, remodels, and business transitions. Plan convention-style networking meetings to educate franchisees, set direction, and share best practices for operational improvements. Act as the primary point of contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, vendors, and franchisees to address concerns and ensure timely support. Monitor progress on training requirements and create compelling visions to drive adoption. Manage timelines for store placements and merchandising to increase revenue and profit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
- Financial Literacy
- Must reside in a commutable distance of Downtown Chicago - commutes over 45min+ are not recommended
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Desired Qualifications
- Retail Support Experience highly preferred

- Understands franchise structures and relationships, franchise products and services, and their impact on corporate profitability
- Comprehends royalty streams from Franchisee to Area Franchisee to Franchisor
- Demonstrates effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively and confidently uses digital tools and technologies to efficiently analyze, manage and share data
- Willing and able to travel as required
- Operates independently with minimal supervision
- Displays dedication to ongoing learning and enhancing knowledge and expertise
- Demonstrates strong time management skills, establishes project goals and objectives, meets deadlines, and ensures quality expectations
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
