Job Summary
The Center Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service, processes packages for shipment, and operates various office equipment. Responsibilities include advising customers on product offerings, maintaining a clean working environment, and employing effective communication and sales techniques. Qualifications include retail experience, computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to learning all service offerings. A Notary License is highly preferred with additional compensation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability required
- Full time position of 37.5 hours per week
- Willing to take exam for Notary Public, or is currently a Notary Public
- College degree required
- Retail/customer service experience
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Outstanding phone etiquette
