Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that engage top-tier talent while assessing culture fit and potential through profile analysis. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter expertise to build a pipeline of high-caliber candidates who aren't actively seeking roles. This role requires 1+ year of experience in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment, with an MBA (HR preferred). Based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, the position follows a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Compensation is up to ₹3.5 LPA.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (HR Preferred)
- 1+ year in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment
- proven track record of finding talent beyond job portals
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite or Corporate)
- advanced Boolean Search techniques (X-ray search, custom strings)
- Ability to identify and engage with passive candidates
- Exceptional command over English (Spoken & Written)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
- Ready to work in a fixed Monday to Friday schedule (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST)
