Job Summary
Request, pick, verify, and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, and food items. Stock bar areas with beverages, glassware, and condiments while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Operate and maintain bar equipment, ensuring all side opening and closing duties are completed. Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Adopt a positive approach to resolving guest issues and attend to customer needs with a friendly, professional attitude. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Evening shift availability required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of previous experience in a similar role
- Evening shift availability
- Adequate communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Patient in dealing with guersts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
