Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for The Retreat Apartments in Nixa, MO. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, preparing apartments for new move-ins, painting, pool and grounds maintenance, and general upkeep around the property. Must have basic maintenance or handyman experience and be eager to grow in property management. Ideal candidates will hold CPO and/or EPA certifications and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. Requires reliable transportation, a team-player attitude, and on-call availability for after-hours emergencies. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, with on-site work in Nixa, MO.
