Job Summary
Lead strategic and business planning for the Regional Directory of Laboratory within an integrated healthcare system, leveraging over 10 years of experience in quality/safety metrics, patient satisfaction, cost management, and service line strategy. Drive business development and operational excellence while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a laboratory-related discipline with ASCP certification is required, with a Master's degree preferred. This role supports Loyola's renowned centers of excellence, including the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center and Ronald McDonald Children's Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a laboratory related discipline
- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent
- 10 + years of previous job-related experience leading strategic and business planning preferably within an integrated healthcare system in a competitive environment
- Previous medical laboratory experience with demonstrated success in quality/safety metrics, patient satisfaction, cost, business development, and service line strategy
- Excellent Communications and Leadership skills
