Job Summary
Lead strategic and business planning for the Regional Directory of Laboratory within an integrated healthcare system, leveraging over 10 years of experience in quality/safety metrics, patient satisfaction, cost management, and service line strategy. Drive business development and service line initiatives while maintaining excellent communications and leadership skills. This role is situated at Loyola, home to renowned centers of excellence including the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, Ronald McDonald Children's Hospital, a first-class emergency department, and a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a laboratory related discipline
- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent
- 10 + years of previous job-related experience leading strategic and business planning preferably within an integrated healthcare system in a competitive environment
- Previous medical laboratory experience with demonstrated success in quality/safety metrics, patient satisfaction, cost, business development, and service line strategy
- Excellent Communications and Leadership skills
