Job Summary
Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards while monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures. Lead and motivate a team of casual members alongside your Assistant Store Manager to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service. Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets, oversee stock levels, and ensure adherence to OH&S standards and legislation. Coach team members on ongoing training and succession planning while working closely with your Area Manager to identify growth opportunities. Operate in a high-profile retail environment within the Accent Group, which includes over 900+ stores and brands such as Vans, Skechers, and Dr. Martens. Enjoy a Tuesday to Saturday roster with two consecutive days off.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
