Job Summary
Supervisor role in a fast-paced The North Face retail environment. Lead and coach store associates, drive customer engagement, achieve sales and profit goals, supervise daily store operations (opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation), support stockroom tasks (receiving, shipping, product flow), maintain visual merchandising standards, assist in training and onboarding, and uphold safety and loss-prevention practices. Focus on delivering exceptional service, fostering an inclusive team culture, and partnering with Store Manager to drive store profitability and brand-aligned customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or store leadership experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to coach and develop teams
- experience in merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- capacity to stand/move throughout the store for extended periods
- comfort with basic computer tools and retail software
