The North Face: Supervisor - North Park Center

Supervises store operations and leads by example to coach and develop associates, delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring merchandising, store standards, inventory integrity, and loss prevention. Partners with Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability, support training and onboarding of new team members, and maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand directives. Requires 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as part of a fast-paced retail environment.
