Job Summary
Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive store sales at Rio Grande Premium Outlets. Model the brand voice, coach and supervise associates, provide actionable feedback to store leadership, and share ownership of store operations in the absence of a manager. Role requires coaching and development of diverse teams, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. 1 year of related retail experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks as part of daily store duties.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
- Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Capable of standing and moving throughout the store and performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight
