Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share product, activity, and community knowledge to meet customer needs, while supporting achievement of sales and productivity goals. Assist in visual directives, merchandise presentation, housekeeping, product replenishment, and overall store operations; assume cashier duties as needed and support loss prevention initiatives. The role requires the ability to engage diverse customers, collaborate with a team, maintain a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays, and possess strong communication and computer skills to assist customers and operate store systems.
