Job Summary
As Floor Supervisor at The North Face in Denver Premium Outlets, you will supervise daily store operations, coach and develop associates, and uphold merchandising, customer engagement, and store standards to drive profitability. You will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, monitor KPIs, train new team members, manage stockroom processes and loss-prevention practices, and ensure a positive, inclusive environment while delivering exceptional service. Key activities include coaching teams to achieve sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing opening/closing procedures, inventory integrity, and supporting community engagement. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Required Qualifications
