Job Summary
As Floor Supervisor at The North Face in Denver Premium Outlets, you will coach and develop staff to exceed productivity goals, engage customers through conversations about The North Face products and local community events, supervise floor coverage including opening/closing the store, and partner with the Store Manager on training and development of staff in customer engagement and company programs. You will support achieving financial and operational objectives (expense control, loss prevention, store audits, weekly reporting), and assist with implementing visual merchandising directives to maintain brand standards. The role requires promoting a diverse, inclusive environment, facilitating knowledge sharing, and upholding VF Corporation values while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to drive results and meet business goals through the store team
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
- Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets)
