The North Face: Buyer, Omni Full Price (Americas)

The Omni Full Price Buyer for AMER is responsible for building and executing strategic seasonal buys that deliver on brand priorities, DTC channel initiatives and financial targets. This role translates brand strategy, consumer insights, and financial targets into actionable buying decisions to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, buy generation and margin management, ensuring the right balance of full price inventory across channels; collaborating with Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to deliver best-in-class assortments; analyzing market trends and historical data to forecast demand, optimize inventory flow, and manage sell-through; leading buy review meetings and setting line plans aligned with productivity and sales objectives. Foundational skills include 3-5 years of buying experience in footwear/apparel/fashion retail, strong analytical and communication abilities, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of retail math and data trends. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a passion for fashion and trend forecasting.
